PC Support Services is a family owned and operated business that Frank established in 2001. What was once a home based side operation has since grown to include a store front and several employees. Frank founded PC Support Services with one goal in mind: to provide Delaware County and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs with quality technology support that you can trust, at an affordable price. Since then, PCSS has been growing rapidly and currently supports a diverse mix of residential, commercial, nonprofit, and educational clients. Frank has extensive knowledge in all areas of computer hardware, software & networking, as well as business management. He graduated from Kutztown University & his coursework includes MCP, CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications
Joe started tinkering with computers at a young age. Building his first in his early teens, he dove right in and enjoyed it ever since. He graduated with an Associates of Science in Computer Information Systems. Joe obtained his CompTIA A+ and enjoys working in the IT field. He is a people person and also enjoys working and helping others.
Craig is in charge of web development and website maintenance. He specializes in logo design, branding, SEO, and offers design services to businesses & individuals.

Dan has been providing professional gaming console repair services for many years & has fixed thousands of gaming consoles of all types, including Playstation, Wii, Xbox, and more.
Christina is the office manager and oversees billing, scheduling, & advertising. She maintains office services by organizing operations and procedures, customer accounts & correspondence, & quality control.
Mark has been involved in the IT field for over 20 years, fulfilling needs from Help Desk Support to Network Administration. After leaving the corporate environment in 2004, Mark followed a passion to begin working with individuals, start-up companies and small businesses to help solve their information technology needs. A professional and customer service oriented technician, Mark is a problem solver who is always thinking outside of the box, whether its troubleshooting and repairing computers, or fixing network issues.
Unfortunately, Mark has relocated to Spokane, WA. We wish him well in his future endeavors. He will be missed!
