Oh my I cannot give enough accolades! I was looking to purchase a new laptop last month. All of the corporations were impossible to even speak with a live person. I stumbled across this website where someone was singing their praises. Contacted and spoke with Frank while not knowing exactly what specifics I wanted. I knew I wanted a new laptop, have documents transferred from the old laptop to the new, have my new wireless printer connected to the new laptop, iPad and cell phone. I threw everything at Frank! I don’t even know where to start with the amazing level of customer service with this great company. Frank and Christina are awesome. I spilled some water on my touch pad, which stopped working. I called PC Support and Christina told me I could bring my computer in ASAP. It turned out my touch pad was the least of my problems, as my hard drive was failing and having not done a back up in some time there was no guarantee of getting all of my files back if we swapped out the drive. Yes, I know, totally on me! Thus ensued 48 hours of panic on my part. Did I say PANIC? I mean full meltdown of panic, not to mention I was leaving town days later for an extended time. This all went down, of course, on a Friday afternoon when they are wrapping up for the week. But Frank troubleshot the problem, swapped out my drive, was able to save all my data and did it all with clear communication and care. There is a reason they are “Best in Delco” year after year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Frank and Christina are the BEST! I have been coming to this shop for 10+ years and have no complaints, only praise. This is a small business that’s HUGE on customer service. Great work. Frank built a PC for me in Nov 2013, which contained all the features, storage and RAM that I wanted – yet at a fraction of the cost that a major company would have charged. He built the PC to my specs, he did not try to include features I would never use — as is often the case with retail machines. In using Frank’s service, I controlled what I spent versus having a salesman sell me features I didn’t want because they were already built-into the PC. Since its purchase, I have needed service twice due to malfunctions in downloaded software. Both times, and though a little backlogged, He fixed the problem and returned the PC to me within (24) hours so I could keep in touch with my office. Absolutely the BEST!!! I have been taking my PC to the owner ever since I owned a computer. The owner is extremely friendly and repairs my computer within a reasonable amount of time and sometimes installs something extra on my computer I needed but wasn’t even aware that I did and usually at no cost!
